Programs
There are many ways for you to become involved at Maple Glen Church. We have programs for all ages, each meant to encourage love and devotion for the Lord Jesus Christ.
Worship Service
Sundays, 10:30 a.m.
Our worship services are open for all to attend. Services involve singing a mixture of hymns and contemporary songs, pastoral and congregational prayer, Scripture reading, and expositional preaching from Biblical texts. The first Sunday of each month we observe the Lord's Supper. We also offer the following:
- Nursery for infants
- Children's Church for 4 and 5 year olds
- Young people's sermon page for older children
Sunday School
Sundays, 9:15 a.m.
Sunday School is provided for all ages. The teaching features book studies, topical studies, video series, and books of the Bible; and all are grounded in the Word. We offer:
- Nursery for infants
- Elementary classes, for ages 3-7 and 8-12
- Junior and Senior High class, for ages 13-18
- Adult class
Prayer Meetings
Fridays, 7:00 a.m. (in the Pastor's office)
Two Sundays a month, 6:00 p.m. (in the Library)
Everyone is welcome.
Bible Studies & Other Fellowship Groups
Women's Evening Fellowship: Alternate Wednesdays, 7:30 p.m. (in the Nursery). Sharing, prayer, and Bible or topical studies.
Church Luncheon: One Sunday every month, after the Worship Service (often in connection with a guest missionary speaker). All are welcome.
Girls' Club: Monthly meetings for service projects, spiritual growth, and fun. For grades 7 and up (including adults).
Youth Group: For grades 7-12, boys and girls; occasional meetings for outings, parties, service projects, and other fun activities.
